When will my order be shipped?
You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. It normally takes max. 2-7days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within Belgium and its neighboring countries. As we’re just starting out, shipping may take a little longer, but we’re working hard to bring GEO to more locations soon!
Returns & Exchanges
How do i start a return?
- Sorry, at this moment we cannot accept returns. The only exceptions are:
- If there is a quality issue with your item.
- If you no longer want the item and are willing to cover the return shipping costs yourself.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Oh no! Send us a photo and your order number at geo.store.services@gmail.com and we’ll fix it asap.

What's the best way to wash my clothes?
Every item can have a specefic way how you need to wash it. So we recommend to look at the washing label attached inside your clothes.
How do your sizes fit?
Our pieces fit true to size. Each product page includes the model's measurements, so you can easily find the best fit for you.
